Open Enrollment
Public Charter Schools are required by law to have open enrollment. No student may be turned away who resides in the state of South Carolina - there are no entrance requirements, placement questions, examinations, or financial responsibilities. If there are more student applications than space or staffing, the school must conduct a public lottery.

Anti-Discrimination Statement-
No one should feel that they are unwanted, unloved, or unapproachable based upon differences in appearance, style, religious background, skin pigmentation, disability, exceptionality, gender, sexuality, immigration status, size, or family history - the list could go on forever. We are all exceptional in our own right and come together for our artistic passion, to explore, experience, and engage with what we love without barriers - ALL ARE WELCOME!
Fine Arts Preparatory School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its programs and activities and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups. The following person has been designated to handle inquiries regarding the non-discrimination policies:
Mission
Sparking family and community collaboration to meet the non-academic needs of students, so they excel academically, artistically, and continually.
Vision
We are established as a full-service community hub collaborating to build harmony, equality, and well-being. We believe that the visual and performing arts paired with nature play and experiential learning will cultivate creative, innovative, and resilient people prepared to tackle college and careers alongside real-life issues.

What is a Charter School?
Starting with Kindergarten, the school will allow matriculation through high school, offering programming that leads to a South Carolina high school diploma. The school will support and develop people prepared to be productive college and career-ready citizens from early childhood. To ensure equity in instruction and programming, students will be placed in courses and assigned to classes heterogeneously, in co-educational groupings unless specified by a curriculum, type of course, or other non-discriminatory measures.
