Fine Arts Preparatory School aims to bridge communication between the school and home by helping families get the information, support, and resources needed to ensure academic success and maintain proper social and emotional growth. We are delighted to welcome you to our Family Empowerment Center, a dedicated hub for information, support, and collaboration. Applications for Parents & Families

Cariina Parent App

Parents will be able to send attendance notices to the school, track your child’s bus in real time​, and communicate as necessary with the school. The app is FREE and easy to download, available on both the App Store from Apple and GooglePlay.

Transportation

 Students riding the bus must meet the bus at a designated stopping point.  Our School offers transportation services with stops throughout Spartanburg county and along the lines of adjacent counties.

Pick-Up & Dismissal

In order for pick up and drop off to run smoothly, please follow the school's procedures for entering & exiting campus, displaying the appropriate information so that school staff can identify you, and please be alert on campus.

Morning Drop-off Begins: 8:00am

​

Afternoon Dismissal Begins: 4:15pm

Order Uniforms

Students must be dressed each day in compliance with the school's uniform policy. The policy outlines the appropriate uniform for each grade grouping and explains the components in complete detail. The school exclusively uses French Toast for our uniforms, and purchases may be made using the button below.

Regular attendance is necessary if Students are to make the desired and expected academic and social progress. However, the school recognizes that some absences are unavoidable.

 

Students are required to bring written documentation for absences within 5 days from the day they return from an absence. Parents who anticipate a Student’s absence of more than five consecutive days should immediately contact the Guidance Counselor.

Meal Menus

School Menus are prepared in compliance with the standards set by the United States Department of Agriculture for the National School Lunch Program and any pertinent program related, where students receive meals from the school.

PTA Updates

PTA is the oldest and largest child advocacy association in America. PTA believes all students deserve the opportunity to take part in the arts, both in school and in the community. The arts can positively affect the entire school culture—especially student motivation, attitudes, and attendance—which encourages students to stay in school, succeed in school, succeed in work, and succeed in life!

Any individual looking to volunteer must sign a Release of Responsibility Waiver and pass a Criminal Background Check ($25 Fee).
